H-1B vs. MAGA Part II

Now let’s examine just what the rules are to get an H-1B Visa; You must have a Masters or Doctorate Degree from a USA University.
There are supposedly 65,000 + 20,000 Additional Visas issued each year.
Here’s how the real #’s work;
1st. Entry Level Salaries are $42,000 or 36% Less than standards.
2nd. Qualified Level Salaries are $21,000 or 18% Less than standards, these are experienced median level wage.
3rd. Premium Salaries are $ 21,000 more than standards.
These different levels cause a question for me, why is it that the 1st two categories earn less than the standards now being received by those they’re replacing and the top level receives more than they’re replacing?
Here’s another issue, in 2024 the Top 30 H-1B Visa Employers Laid Off 84,566 employees and only hired 34,414 New H-1B Visa Workers to replace them and this includes firms such @ Elon Musk’s Tesla.
The Corporate Profit Shares at all time high Labor Costs at Decades Lows.
Labor by Law must Notify Workers they’re Losing their Jobs-Like Disney did in 2015, but required them to Train the so called replacements.
I do agree that the USA must Rebuild our Education system for K-12 and the Universities as well, and also Re Educate in Real U.S. History, Government, and World History, and Train those displaced by the Poor system we’ve now had for Decades with children who can’t Read, Write or do Math, at all levels and this would include Trade Schools and Apprentice positions.
I’m hoping everyone who reads this understands that just by looking at the categories the Corporations are hiring at and at the same time laying off apparently Well qualified American and those taking their jobs for the most part do so at lower wages is not exactly a level playing field and also why lay off less than you hire?
I can only think of two reasons for fewer workers 1. improved technology and 2. Longer hrs. for the replacement workers.
We know the Corporations are making enormous profits and this practice is helping it, however to terminate Americans and Replace them with Foreign Less Expensive Workers to add to the Bottom Line, Higher Stock Price, Larger Bonus Checks for the Execs is for me still Unjust and we’re all going to Pay a much Higher Price One Day Soon & do believe it's already happening and will only get worse, and please I know we live what's called a Free Enterprise system, however that doesn't mean we now import foreign less expensive workers just like we exported manufacturing jobs to China mostly to accomplish some scheme thought up by our State Dept. & Big Business, as I don't believe that's worked out to well for the USA as China is now a World Power who threatens us and Paid for with the American Dollars spent on what we import.
