Unconstitutional Lawfare vs. Trump

It’s certain most Americans believed the Lawfare waged by the Democrats was over after Pres. Trump defeated them in the Courts to send him to Prison or the Poorhouse or keep him Off the Ballot, however now we have Socialist Judges at all Levels deciding they can Stop the very Policies the People accepted by Voting for Trump and Restoring him to the Presidency, and yes this includes the Supreme Court as well.
When our U.S. Constitution this very subject of there being a panel that would sit and decide on this, and was voted on and lost, and if you’ll read the Federalist Papers and Papers of Rufus King, T. Jefferson, Roger Sherman, Charles Pickney, John Dickinson, J. Locke, and J. Madison also wrote about this stating the Supreme Court or Congress Isn’t Allowed to Make Policy on the Executive Branch, I’ll ask you to Look Up these Facts before commenting and realize this issue was Voted on and Defeated by those who Framed Our U.S. Constitution, and they believed that each Branch of Gov. had shall we say their Own Lane to Drive In & No Court or Congress have the Authority to change or set the Policies on the Executive Branch. If the Congress doesn’t like the Policies the Executive Branch is operating under then I suppose they could always try to pass a Law the President might sign or Override a Veto as any Law would be invalid as it would go against the U.S. Constitution, and have to Face the People in the Next Election Cycle.
There are many others who’ve written and spoken on these issues such as; Naqunaki, H. Heipa and of course Author, Media Commentator M. Levin, as unlike most Attorneys today only refer to Law and not the U.S. Constitution or the Federalist Papers etc. as stated earlier in the Post, for most are also lawyers and want to believe that the Courts have more Authority than the U.S. Constitution and of course they don’t, and for me any law on the books should 1st be put to the Test of does it or any statute comply with the U.S. Constitution and if not Remove It, and Vote No or don’t even bother bringing up New Legislation for a Vote.
It seems the One Real Reason they’re doing this is to make permanent the Illegal Invasion of the USA which has been happening the last 50 yrs. or so as the last 4 yrs. have given us over 15 Million New Illegal Immigrants to add to the already 20+ Million here and Yes I do believe they should all be Deported as All Are Guilty of Illegal Entry and Most given Court Dates to hear their claims haven’t shown up for them and have lived here with No Real Actions by either Political Side of the Aisle for the Dems Want & Need New Voters and the GOP wants Cheap Labor like in Agriculture, Food Processing, Meat Packing, Painters, Laborers, Landscaping and others and this comes at a Cost to All Citizens, but they need Votes and Unfortunately Companies and Americans love cheap Labor, which in the Long Run leaves all of us open to the New World Order of Socialism which has been and continues to be Indoctrinated in our schools, churches, politics and every other part of our lives, which was their plan for Decades and Our Love of Money & Power is leading All of US to Slaughter.
The recent ruling of 7 to 2 of the Supreme Court is the latest ruling that Demonstrats even the So Called Conservative Judges appointed by Trump have fallen under the Spell of Power and Political Influence and Bush Appointee Roberts of course is basically a Moderate Liberal, and only 2 Truly Follow their Oath of office to the U.S. Constitution, as the Supreme Court ruled just a couple of weeks ago the District Courts couldn’t go outside of their Districts to make National Policy however believe they can and now have on Deporting Illegal Immigrants who were and are part of the Invading Illegal Army sent here to do what Obama spoke about and wants just like most the Dems to Fundamentally Transform America, until none who were born from 1930 to 1965 will recognize this Nation, and if this is Allowed to Stand it will eventually lead to the One World Government the Political Elites have wanted and worked for since the early 1900’s beginning with Pres. Wilson.
I hope and pray all who read this understand it’s Truly Up to US to Support Our U.S. Constitution as we can’t depend on most in office, and if you think you can look at the Battles over Men in Women’s Sports, Porn in Schools, Anti Semitism, and so much more in Blue & Red States as a result of the Voters who know little but Vote like little lost sheep on the Word of someone they think knows a lot and a politician who promises a Free Lunch.
I believe Only God and His Followers can give a Rebirth to the USA as He did in the Beginning but then we need to get up off our knees and Act as those who Fought for Our Freedom did in their Battle against Tyranny that gave Birth to the USA.
